The Baker .& Taylor Corn-

IS planning to build a 100,000-
square-foot plant in Somerville,
N. J., it was announced by
George J. Hecht, chairman.
Land has been acquired and
construction is expected to start
in early spring. The company
will continue to maintain its
headquarters in Hillside,
where it has a book distribution
center. Baker & Taylor is a'
division of Parents' Magazine
Enterprises, Inc., of which Mr.
Hecht is chairman and chief ex-
ecutive, officer. -
