Every day new proposals are being developed concerning the
storage of Agency records. Here are two more.
The first plan blossomed about a week or two ago when we
immediately recommended taking over the emergency
supplies hut and I asked him to gather details.
The second one is an expansion by 17,000 feet of an action
we took with end-of-year funds in the Spring of 1968. We bought
$3,000 worth of shelving to double up more of our shelving. Those
supplies arrived this Spring when we were active
We are holding the equipment and its use will depend on the final
decisions'of management.
These two alternatives for short-term solutions are worth
your consideration along with the others.
