SUBJECT : Conference Status
We are three weeks today from the Records Officer's Conference*,
As of this A.M. the letter for Mr.Bannerman!s signature is unsigned.
There is still a great deal to >e done, Much of which must await the
letter being signed.
More importantly, we are still without a fixed agenda which would
establish the sequence of events for the two days. I don't know whether
you have seen an outline-from Rita on her presentation or not. The
agenda ought to go along with the rest of the material we will send to
the RMO's; hopefully the next day or sot
New sub Sect: I understand that the November "Moratoruim Days" will
be the 13th and 14th--the days of the conference. Is this apt to present
us with any kind of a peoblem?
