Appendix A shows PSD's FY 67 actual total costs identified
against specific users.
I. DD/I
The DD/I is far and away the largest user of
PSD services both in number of impressions and in total
cost. Four large programs are identified as making up
some 93% of DD/I's share of PSD's total cost: FBIS
progt~am; CRS requirements; current intelligence publica-
tions; and the costliest, the NIS program.
(A) FBIS Program
This is a large quantity, low cost printing
operation which is performed by the General Printing
Plant of PSD located on the Ground Floor of the
Headquarters Building. It is estimated that the
~*PSD's PY 67 actual total costs identified against '
specific users based on actual percentages of direct
costs. The indirect PSD costs were prorated to using
directorates on an identical basis with their direct costs.
