SUBJECT: National Personnel Records Center, St. Louis, Missouri
1. PURPOSE. This notice transmits addresses for the National Person-
nel Records Center, St. Louis, Missouri.
2. BACKGROUND. GSA Order OFA 5440.1 Chge. 64, dated May 23,
1966, combined the Military Personnel Records Center and the
Federal Records Center, St. Louis, Missouri, into a single center.
The title of the new center is the National Personnel Records Center
(NPRC). There are no changes in the functions of the former centers
or in the services they provide.
3. IMPLEMENTING ACTIONS. To insure prompt delivery of mail to
the action office, the following building addresses shall be used:
a. For the former Military Personnel Records Center:
National Personnel Records Center, GSA
(Military Personnel Records)
9700 Page Boulevard
St. Louis, Missouri 63132
b. For the former Federal Records Center, St. Louis:
National Personnel Records Center, GSA
(Civilian Personnel Records)

St. Louis, Missouri 63118
Supplies of GSA forms showing the former names and addresses of
components of the National Personnel Records Center are to be used
until stocks are exhausted. References to former names and addres-
ses in publications, regulations, and other documents will be changed
when revisions are made for other reasons.
