Approved For Release 2 /01/10: CIA-RDP72-00341R0001001 95-81) I Per REVISED INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATE OF VACCINATION OR REVACCINATION AGAINST SMALLPOX Beginning January 1, 1967 all smallpox vaccinations or revaccinations, performed for international travel, must be recorded on the International Certificate of Vaccination or Revaccination against Smallpox which indicates that either a freeze-dried or liquid vaccine has been administered and which provides space for the origin and batch number of vaccine. In the United States, this certificate is included in the International Certificates of Vaccination, PHS-731, Revised 9/66 which will be available after December 15th. The revised certificate may be used prior to January 1 but must include all the required information. Vaccinations against smallpox, cholera, and yellow fever recorded on older certificates will be valid until their expiration dates. Then the new certificates must be used.
