1. Golf Driving Range in the Garage: The use of this has been extremel
limited and we can use this space in the garage. I suggested t
that this be taken up with Benefits and Services Division and that we should remove25X1 C
the driving range in a quiet way about a month and a half or two months from now.
3. DCI Inner-Office: The opening of the door between the DCI's present
office and the sitting room formerly occupied by Admiral Raborn was requested by
Mr. Helms but when he heard of the amount of work involved to accomplish this he
decided to forego it. After looking into the matter with Logistics' people, I proposed
a solution by reducing the size of the door and reversing the hinges. This would
reduce the work involved by two-thirds. The DCI was informed and agreed to this25X1C
which will be accomplished on Sunday, 17 July.
