1. I attended a luncheon in the Director's private dining room with Major
General Edd and Rear Admiral Fitzpatrick who were visiting the Agency as guests
Both officers are assigned to the joint Chiefs of Staff.
2. CIA Motion Picture Film: In response to direction from Mr. Helms I
convened a group to consider the substance of a 30-minute documentary film to be
used by the Agency with private organizations. The film would be unclassified and
would be used to respond to requests for speakers and would serve to project our
image in the manner in which we wish to make it known to the public. A number of
suggestions were offered and it was agreed that each Directorate would furnish to
the Office of, Training a suggested listing of items that could be included in such a
film. OTR will sift through these and then we will have a second meeting of the
same group to consider the combined input. I asked the group to continue as a
working group in connection with der to give it guidance and ensure
that the substance is appropriate ill follow up for this Office. 25X1A
