1. During fiscal year 1961, ORR is planning to continue its
series of unclassified reports for limited external distribution.
Two of the major reports scheduled for release will include ceri:n
data obtainable only from bassy Moscow Despatches. The data used
from the despatches were, in every case, prices for goods and services
sold at official retail outletz in the city of Moscow. 7he despatches
are classified Confidential or are restricted to Official Use C ily.
