Approved For Rele 2002/09/0 Ja4-RDP71 R00140A00~0070160-2 ~~. ~ 19 January 1966 MEMORANDUM OF CONVERSATION SUBJECT: Air Force R&D Briefing I called Colonel Raymond Sleeper, DCS/Foreign Technology/Air Force Systems Command, to determine the status of Air Force requirements which were mentioned during the course of the Air Force briefing at CIA on 17 November. Colonel Sleeper told rrie that he had a letter all prepared for General Schriever's signature which he ex- pects, to be sent to the Director after it has been signed. The paper must be reviewed by General Davis at Air Force Systems Command then by DIA before being signed. Colonel Sleeper mentioned that these are not considered to be new requirements levied on the Intelligence Community but are in response to Admiral Raborn's request for some guidance on those matters which the Air Force considers the Sino- Soviet Bloc countries might engage in to upset the world situation. 25X1A Approved For Release 20~~3 ~ CI Action Staff Directorate of Science and Technology
