1. I have reviewed the proposed revision of ^ 18-9 25X1A
which deals with requests for CIA officials as guest
speakers. I can see no problem with this revision and
therefore recommend DD/S&T concurrence.
2. 1 reviewed ^ 18-9 of 19 October 1965 and
find that it needed revision because it was so brief.
I have also reviewed the other regulations referred to,
namely, ^ 10-7 and ^10-8.
3. For the most part, this regulation follows the
procedure for arranging for Agency speakers which is
currently in effect.
