SUBJECT: CGS Request for Review of
SAM Requirements
1. 1 -1 CGS, presented me with
the attached draft requirements on Soviet SAM
Systems boiled down from the batch of material
that OSI reviewed for CGS last December. ORR
and DD/S&T are being asked to comment on these
requirements and offer suggestions as appropriate.
For example, Othinks that OSI may wish general
questions to be more specific or even eliminated.
He also asks your views on security classification:
specifically, whether the NOFORN could be drop'-
ped.
