SUBJECT: Advanced Aircraft Reconnaissance System
1. 1 called today to acquaint him with
our proposed initial plan o a tack for the new Advanced
System program. The plan, as outlined to him, was to send
im a copy of the R&D/08A draft for the "Think Group Terms
of Reference, dated 27 November 1968, and to have 061 revi;w
and revise the document to their satisfaction. On Monday,
16 December, we would arrange a joint CeI/B&D/tA meeting
review the terms of reference. Subsequent to arriving at
a document satin actory to all articipants, a meeting wo$a'd
be arranged with to request a proposal for
doing the tasks ou n n e terms of reference.
2. A draft co of the '"'hank Group Terms of Reference"
was sent to this date.
