No. -5311 entered into by and between the parties as of 24
June 1968.
2. By this Amendment No. 2, the contract is amended as
follows:
A. Paragraph 2 of APPENDIX I, Revision 1, attached
hereto, sets forth the effective rates for the period 1
January 1969 through 30 June 1969.
B. The contract funding allocated in Paragra h B,
PART II - FUNDING AND PAYMENTS is chap ed
3. All other terms and conditions.of this Amendment No.
2 to Contract No. ^-5311, as amended, remain the same and in
effect.
4. Please indicate your acceptance of this Amendment No.
2 to Contract No. 5311 by executing the three enclosed copies.
The original and one copy are to be returned to the undersigned;
the remaining copy may be retained for your files.
