0-TR-1921 between I land the United States of
2. Pursuant to the clause of this contract entitled "CHANGES"
and mutual agreement between the parties hereto, it is in the interest
of the Government to amend the contract as follows:
Paragraph 3 in Section B - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT, of
the contract Schedule is deleted in its entirety and paragraphs
3.a. and 3.b., below, are substituted therefore:
"3. a. For the purpose of this contract there has been
allotted the following amounts:
1 December 1965 - 30 June 1966 15,000.00
1 July 1966 - 30 June 1967 15,000.00
"3. b. The total amounts payable to the Contractor under
this contract for the periods stated in paragraph 3.a. above
shall. not exceed the amounts stated for said periods without
written authorization from the Contracting Officer. The Con-
tractor shall notify the Contracting Officer when 85% of the
total allotted funds for a current period have been expended."
3. All other terms and conditions of Contract No. O-TR-1921, as
amended, remain unchanged.
4+. Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. ~3 to
Contract No. 0-TR-1921 and your acceptance thereof by executing the

original and two copies of this amendment. Return the fully executed
