I phoned Mr. Knoche who said
it had gone to DCI witha note
from DDCI recommending that
recommendation in memo not be
pursued at this time and DCI
agreed. This slip has apparently
been removed or lost, and gr.
Knoche said I could simply tell
you that this was the case.
