Congressma 3 McCarthy served as a civi.ian technical assistant in the Military Intelligence Division of the I ar Department a n d ientered Congress in 1949. He is the junior Den - Brat on the House Committee in Banking & Currency. 2. Congressman James P. Richards (D. , S. Car. has introduced H. Con. Res. 216, to establish a Joint Committee on Central Intelligence. Congressman Richards entered 'Congress in 1933 and has been a rr .err. her of the Foreign Affairs Committee since 1935.
