I (Received a call from Miss Lynn in the office of Congressman Thomas Downing, who requested a copy of the Minneapolis Multiphase Physiological Test and questionnaire. Their office has received many inquiries from constituents about this type of physiological test in Government. A "no-comment" response will be made to the Congressman's office tomorrow. 12. After the passage of H. R. 16306 by the House of Representatives, I met with Chairman Rivers and Mr. Blandford and later with Chairman Philbin and thanked them individually in the Director's name for their very capable assistance in the passage of the bill. They were equally pleased that the measure had passed without dissent.
