MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Director for Science and Technology
1. 1 understand that the survey of requirements for photo
interpretation initiated by DDI, and being conducted by CGS, is
moving along. DD/S&T has no explicit participation here except
to be cooperative.
2. We have nominated representatives from QSl and FMSAC
to participate on a DDI sponsored committee to look into the basic
analyst-interpreter relationship to see if improvements could be
made by bringing a few interpreters into Headquarters, a few
light tables, etc. Paul will confirm this in a memorandum to
Ed Proctor.
