~ E ui~~ E I Approved or Release 2002/06/14.: CIA-RDP71 BOW 85A000100020159-6 MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD SUBJECT: Engineering Lab 1 . I I told me this morning that they feel that the group which they now have assisting OCS might be useful on a broader basis to the Agency in working more directly on various engineering and analysis problems. 2. I broadly explained the types of computing activities in which we are involved, and suggested in particular that they might want to talk to ORD regarding the Intelligence Lab. 3. They left with me resumes of their backgrounds, plus resumes for several of the key people in the engineering labora- tory. OEL may have some interest in their signal analysis capabilities. 4. I explained that OCS generally procures and maintains the computing equipment, and programming/ engineering assistance in DD/S&T although the equipment and the people obtained might actually be used in other offices. 25X1A opeciau sis an o e DD/S&T DD/S&T 2918-66 I June 1966 25X1A Distribution: 1 - For The Record 1 - OE L, ORD, OCS.
