MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Director for Science and Technology
If this looks OK to you, I will put it in the mail. I have
attached a check list which I had prepared for OEL. As you can
see, the review there is considerably more comprehensive and
really requires the project engineer to think out his entire project.
This is considerably more than ORD would probably be willing to
swallow at this time, and I am no longer sure just how conscientious
OEL is in completely following this either.
