MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Form 2416
1. I discussed the revised format of Form 2416
which we have incorporated in the Project Officers
Handbook with I Ion 22 November pointing out
that it now inc u e se urity and some other informa-
tion which had been missing. I onfirmed that
the content looked fine to him.
2. Today I I called to 25X1A
inquire if we were going to proceed to use a form, 25X1A
and at Mike's request I called to see if he
had any questions. It appears a e stock of
Form 2416's is low and there is a question as to
whether to print more of the existing form or to use
25X1A the form as it will appear in the Handbook. In addition, 25X1A
I I who works for apparently wants
to THINK-a-Mur e form for a c days to see if
there is an additional information which they would like
25X1A to have. I I said he would call me promptly if
there were any a onal needs. I volunteered to help
in any way I can.
