Just a note to pick up a couple of items of interest.
He plans to arrive in Washington on 26 September 25X1C
afternoon and has set aside 29 September as the day for a visit 25X1C
to CIA Headquarters, probably appearing at USIB. On 30 September
he plans to visit NPIC and possibly other offices.
is probably handling all D. C. arrangements. A copy
biography is attached.
One other additional item--for DD/S&T use (not to be supplied
by DDI) we need a copy USIB minutes. We just can't
continue to rely on DDp us advised of items which are of
interest to us. Their interpretations of such "items of DD/S&T
interest" are entirely foreign to our judgments--we need a
separate and distinct copy of our own. Would you please send
us one direct.
Looking forward to visits by the delegates to Methods Confer-
ence. Will the boss be leading the group?
