Selection hoard for attendance at the August 1965 session of the Armed
Forces Staff College. Subsequently, however, I found it necessary to
advise that in the best interests of the Agency I was extending him as
Chief of my for a third year, ending in
June 1966. Accordingly, I requested that he not attend in 1965 end later
for the second time and doubley regret that I must advise that it becomes
difficult for me to make him available again this year.
