On priseiro 2, essftwer, ste requested that we have a courier standing
by for duty. Service of the courier was required for approximately
two hours.
The posters illustrating the importance of proper oselag of
intmettgemoy mail were distributed in 2210 Street and Math and
Central Buildings* The nail service was discussed with the admirals-
tration personnel in these buildings* The only complaint, .ese by
25X1 I lot the Medical office, concerned the length of time for
delivery of mall in "X Buildingo, Delayed delivery of mail in
L and X Building was ,entioned in the recent 0 & Si report an it
service. To correct this problem insofar as the Medical office 10
concerned, armaments are being made to griekraffe for delivery to
the "X" Building Medical office by our courier instead of by PI/RI
Mess,ngers*
