Amil Control Section: Representatives of the I&S office, CCI and
GS met ud established the procedures and security measures
necessary to provide rimed couriers service for the pickup and
delivery of material at the home of the respective Deputy Directors.
A GS-6 courier, has been given a supervisory assign-
Mte nt in Building I, J, K, & t, II will assist in the 25X1
sorting and delivery or material nc, will be responsible for the
activity of the other 3 couriers regularly stationed in these

of these projects, filmed for.the first time, were in the Personnel

na.s been a yearly microfilming job, but : new procedure has been
estahli shed whereby :^ achIne listings All be deposited in the
future in lieu of microfilmed reels. The fourth project was the
f pin of additions to OCD/('R REG Summar7 cards.

Area Records Officers for I, OCD%BR, OCD/IR, and ? iR, were
contacted for the purpose of est .~:rI ishing schedules for VH deposits'.
The !area Records Officer for the 'ersoanel Office was assisted in
reviewing their VM Program requirements. Microfilming teams are
presently engaged in the Personnel Office, but each project is being
reconicered to determine whether microfilm can be replaced b,;
originals or conies of originals.
