Accessioning and Disposal
The Center furnished 68 assembled boxes to five different offices during
the week.
The processing of the latest shipment of maps from ORR, consisting of 250
maps totaling 80,787 copies which occupied 114 cubic feet, has been
completed. To date four shipments have been received totaling 671 maps
which occupy 417 cubic feet.
A total of 95 cubic feet of records was destroyed by burning during the
week. This leaves an accumulation of 850 cubic feet in the disposal area.
