Par. 3a(5): Records with a retention value of six
years or less will be scheduled for destruction
at the station. Records which must be retained
for over six years after they are no longer
used or are infrequently needed in tie conduct
of current business, will be transferred to
the headquarters Records Center for storing,
processing and servicing, regardless of
security classification or sensitivity. The
Center will also serve as the Agency archival
facility.
