Microfilming of selected files for the Vital 25X1 C4a
Materials program of the Office of the Comptroller was completed
this week.

Mrs. OCR/Library accompanied last weeks
trip to the repository to work on the reference library collection.
This collection is steadil rowing and it appears that a space
problem may develop. Mr. , ORR is arranging for a 25X1A9a
25X1A9ameeting with Mr.- OCI, Mr. and Mr.
25X1A9a for next Tuesday to discuss the problem.
There were eighteen (18) urgent requests for the return of map
positives and negatives from the repository on 30 October. One of
these negatives had to be returned within three (3) hours to meet
a deadline. This deadline was met. This increased activity resulted
from current foreign developments.
