A meeting was held with of 00/C to deter-
mine the feasibility of eliminating some of the present IBM time
required for maintaining their files. Mr. tated that he
felt about four (4) days work a month can be saved.

certain interpreting and collating operations of the OCR library
index cards at the repository. It is estimated that an average of
60 hours per month will be saved.
