Sen. Hubert Humphrey confirmed on "Meet
The Press" that there would be an, investigation
of the CIA and the Administration's foreign
olicy. He questioned if we have or ever have

If these events had happened under a Demo-
ratic Administration, the newspapers themselves
ould have called for investigations. It Is the
duty of newspapers to keep people informed-
and let the chips fall where they may. Or are
the newspapers more concerned in presenting"
