It is now expected that the President will soon approve a detailed policy under this head, aet worked out recently in high Administration circles. East -West W1'edon't thrill to the idea; but it may Visitors profit this country some if Washington will he as realistic as Moscow surely will. That is to say it's a cinch bet that the Soviets, among any visitors they allow to come here. will include plenty of spies, to contact Red agents already planted among us, start new spy nests, and so on. So let's do likewi.-~P to the Reds-meaning let Allen W. Dulles' Central Intelligence Agency deletate a suitable number of spies to go each year as official or unofficial visitors to Russia. Let these akents enc?urage the anti- Commie underground, contact any C. S.-pies now operat- ing behind the Curtain, and the like.
