Kremlin leaders have devised an in-
sidious new strategy of "parliamentary'
conquest" of free nations-and principal
targets are now Italy, France, and In-
donesia, says Allen W. Dulles, director
of the United States central intelligence
agency.
The communists' latest method of
trying to enslave democratic nations
was devised after the -surprising de-
Stalinization program e rlier. this. year.
Noting that,right - wing parties in
many gountries-~ are s ering bankrupt-

munists are trying to in iltrate the legis-
lative systems of free governments, us-
