MEMORANDUM FOR ALL OPERATING OFFICIALS
In looking over recent items in the office mail, it
seemed clear to me that each of us in the Agency can take
pride in knowing that our accomplishments do not go
unnoticed. Attached are some examples of appreciation
for the good and effective work being done by the Agency.
I think you will also find it a source of interest and
satisfaction to know that commendations of Agency per-
formance are not limited to the written words reflected
here. For example, various key Congressmen who have
traveled to various parts of the world, in recent weeks have
told us of their admiration for Agency personnel and the
work they are doing.
