1. Reference Redelegation of Contracting Officer
Authority is hereby extended from 1 April 1966 to
30 June 1966, at which later date the matter will again
be considered as to whether a redelegation or separate
original delegation of Contracting Officer authority seems
then appropriate. Except for this extension of time
effectivity, reference redelegation remains unchanged.
2. This time extension is being effected to await
submission of a report of findings and recommendations
to be made by a special group functioning under the
Inspector General's Office which is now conducting a
survey of Agency procurement.
