1. For your convenience, I am reissuing various DD/S&T
memoranda and instructions (referenced above) relating to the
conduct of foreign intelligence activities by personnel of this
Directorate. These procedures are currently in effect th#u:ghout
DDS&T: but, with the passage of time, a review of formal exist-
regulations seems to be in order.
2. Lech addressee to further requested to reaffirm by
memorandum the designated Foreign Liaison Control Officer for
his component and insure that Directorate and Agency regulations
governing foreign intelligence activities are being carried out.
