REFERENCE: a. DD/S&T Goal Paper dated 6 Dec 65.
b. OPPB Combined Program Call dated Jan 66.
The DD/S&T has decided that the Directorate response
to the Research, Development and Engineering Category
of the Combined Program Call (Ref. b) will be made in
accordance with the DD/S&T R&D Goal Structure of Reference a.
This divergence from the Combined Program Call paper (Ref. b)
is restricted to the R&D category only and does not affect
any other category. Thus, your response using the DD/S&T
goal structure should include narrative statements, costs
and positions consistent with the DD/S&T approved format.
Plans and Programs Staff will provide revised Exhibits A
and B so that you can prepare these as indicated above.
