SUBJECT : Comments on DD/S&T Planning Structure
1. The following is suggested as the planning structure appropriate
for this Office:

Operations
- ADP Software
2. The cleanest approach would be to include our functions under
the Program-Wide category and Support Services sub-category. This
apparently would not be bought by PPB.
3. Your proposal includes the word "analysis" in our category,
but the breakout does not imply that it is as important as the word
"processing. " Since it might be confused with "Intelligence Analysis,
I suggest that it be deleted.
4. The breakout I have suggested is very similar to the one used
last year, but will be slightly closer to reality and will make our con-
tribution easier to compare with last year's submission. As in the
would include OCS overhead under "ADP Systems.
