R. 10400) to Mr. Cline of the House Subcommittee on Immigration and Naturalization. Mr. Cline informed me that the hearings on the private bill 25X1 for will take place next week. 25X1 25X1 2. Mr. Fred Mesmer of the Senate Subcommittee on Immigration and Naturalization informed me that the report from Immigra- tion and Naturalization Service on thel reached the Subcommittee yesterday. I shall furnish Mr. Mesmer with a background information memo- randum for the Subcommittee. 25X1 3, Talked with David Martin, in the office of Senator Thomas J.
