This contr.ct provides spare devices and sub-assemblies for systems
produced ender Contracto KD-3540, FL-4001, P~ 4. 13832 and P. O 12391,
in add1 ion, three (3~ separate iternc ECP-1 Nay Panel and Reprogramming
Computer; Scope Change er l System Test Rack; and H-330 Coupler Retrofit
are included se pat of this contact.

.A There were fifty-t tree (53) line i',ems with a total of 208 units delivered
in April, This includes twieve (12) inertial components., In addition,
367 piece parts were delivex{ed to support the repair of returned goods:,
B. To date, 140 line items comprising 482 units have been delivered, in-
eludinig twenty-six (26) inertial components. In addition, 686 piece parts
have been delivered.
C. The production schedule for three (3) devices slipped. from April to May; ,
and from June to July on two (2) devices, The attached device delivery
plan depicts the revised schedule,.

Parts have been ordered and kits are
scheduled to be fabricated between May I I and May 25. Retrofit
will take place under FL-40030
FO The requested 330/357 FY1965 spares budgetary quote was submitted
in April.
G. Initial groups of coupler retrofit kits were fabricated.

C. Fabricate modification kits for the Navigation Panels, per ECP-1.
D. Continue fabrication of coupler retrofit kits as required by the findings
of the design engineering team.
E. Prepare firm quote for 330/357 FY1965 spares fixed price proposal, for
submission on June 1, 1964.
The total .project costs indicated on the attached cost curve includes the
coupler retrofit effort, but does not include the FY164 spares addition.

Overtime expended in April and requested in May is associated with an effort
