In accordance with the approval given by you in telephone conversation
te4e-y, we are prepared to deliver special microwave receivers, presently
constructed under subject contract, to another program. II That
program will provide CPFF funding for the replacement of such receivers
and will provide that such receivers be delivered to subject program.
(We will identify subject program by using our project number - 758.)
in this manner, the incentives presently operative on subject contract
will not be involved since no funding transfers apply and the replacement
units will be identical to those borrowed.
Please indicate your concurrence by signing the carbon of this letter and
returnig same to me.
