Enclosure: (a) Three (3) Copies Cost Proposal dated 11 February 1966
Enclosed is our revised proposal to modify seven (7) SAC U-2 Airplanes in
accordance with the Description of Conversion on Pages 3 and 4 of Contrac-
tor's Report SP-870F revised 16 September 1965, and supplemented herein.
Our target price of includes the work to install extended el-
evator and tab, System 9C in lieu of 9B and provisions only for the time STATINTL
code generator and equipment. The to supply
four (4) sets of additional conversion parts is Proposal
total target prige for bn+b It ms of work is and the proposed
ceiling price is STATINTL
The premises used to calculate the above target and ceiling prices are
those set forth on Pages 1 and 2 of the aforementioned Report, SP-870F.
Schedule for modification is on Page 7 of the said Report. Please let
us know if there is any additional information you need to evaluate this
proposal and advise when we may meet to conclude the negotiations.
