To confirm our discussions of 15 June 1966, we have summarized below the
price agreements made at that time for the performance of the subject
contract. We will accomplish the work contemplated by reference letter
for the following target and ceiling price:

Profit
Target Price
Ceiling Price

In order to record sales concurrently with delivery, we request that you
authorize provisional billing as deliveries are made in accordance with
the following schedule:
(1) Upon delivery of each of the seven (7)
articles after completion of conversion work
(2) Upon completion of delivery of the
four (4) sets of parts
The other terms and conditions coon which this agreement was made are the
some as those used for contract SP-1926. At your earliest convenience
please issue a definitive contract to provide the authority and funding
that we need.
