1. Reference is made to Contract No. SP-1928, dated 28 June 1966.
2. The parties hereto have agreed upon additional work to be
performed and have established a revised target and ceiling price for
Contract No. SP-1928.
3. In view of the above, PARTS I, II, and III of the Schedule
are deleted in their entirety and the following are substituted therefor:
"PART I - SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, equipment,
and facilities to supply the following items of work:
Item 1 - Conversion of seven (7) government-owned U-2A-J57 aircraft
to U-2C-J75 aircraft in accordance with the description set forth on Exhibit A,
as amended, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Item 2 - Four (4) additional sets of conversion parts, including sheet
metal, machine and purchased parts and purchased equipment.
Item 3 - Conversion of three (3) government-owned U-2A.-J57 aircraft
to U-2C-J75 aircraft in accordance with the description set forth on Exhibit
attached hereto and made a part hereof.

attached to and made a part of Contract SP-1928 is amended to
include the following:
"21. Rework functional equipment found deficient during
modification if in the opinion of the Contractor
such rework is necessary.
22. Repair or replace any aircraft parts which in the
opinion of the Contractor is necessary to maintain
airworthiness of the article.
23. Install a test pod in article 374+ to test feasibility
of'Hirams', System 22."
