MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: EOD-:Exiting Survey
1. Assistant Registrar in OTR, joyfully
called me on 11 October about our EOD Survey, which recommended
plugging loopholes in training new employees in the Introduction
to Intelligence and Introduction to Communism Courses.
Chief Placement Division, has been named Training
Coordinator. Il and the Registrar's office in OTR have
worked out a greatly improved system for scheduling and following
through to see that new employees take the required courses. The
courses are to be held ten times a year, as opposed to the three
or four a year held in recent years.
2. The first class under the new system was held in
Se tember and had students. The second, now under way, has
students. To accommodate this influx, existing OTR classrooms
have had to be enlarged.
