SUBJECT: PSD Survey
1. The meeting Alan Warfield has called for Monday at 1:30 p.m.
and labeled an "EEOO meeting" is in fact the meeting resulting from
my discussion with Bob Bannerman on 11 May re allegations. 25X1
2. I attach a proposed memorandum for you to send to the DDS
along the lines we discussed. I neglected to list "politics" which is
also one of the items against which discrimination is prohibited under
the CSC regulations. However, you may wish to make other changes in
this memo so I will make this correction after you have amended and/or
approved it.
3. I believe you will be well advised to make a statement along
the lines of the last sentence in paragraph 3 and to give consideration
in future IG reports to making a positive statement that there were, or
were not, evidences of discrimination found in the course of the survey.
