has been assigned to the project formerly
referred to as "Project The Security Staff is
currently identifyi ain OSA functions/individuals
to be given special riefings on this project.
2. Essentially, OSA participation involves support
through a number of Lockheed engineering and production
tasks, followed with test flights employing IDEALIST
Articles. The DDS&T objective is for an operational ready
package by 1 March 1967.
3. Reference A gave initial approval to Lockheed
for proceeding with Project task actions, including a
request for cost figures.
4. Reference D is a recent request for Lockheed to
manufacture and assemble 8 pylons and 10 "dummy" pods,
obtain and install 2 transponders, plus performance of
tests. The message also requests Lockheed furnish this
Headquarters with cost data.
