1. Primary purpose of the meeting was to discuss the
results of tests conducted to determine the feasibility of
25X1A System XX, as presented by ASD/OEL on
25X1A 7 November 1966. had reported that tests results
were favorable and it was believed that detection objectives
could be achieved in the operational model. He questioned
whether operational requirements dictated production of the
operational model or if it would be more advisable to pro-
duce two operational phototypes for further operational
testing.
2. The consensus of the board members was that while
an operational model is an urgent requirement, prototype

2. While there are some reservations about the require-

Concept, this requirement will be included in operations and
budget planning.
