Digital Computer Systems Programmer. This programmer is a systems programmer. His responsibility lies in the area of developing best equipment utilization. Edit routines, shortcuts, most efficient hardware use for all projects as well as utility programming. 3. An increase of current authorization of one (1) Peri- pheral Computer Equipment Operator has been requested. Our current workload on the IBM 7090, IBM 360 Model 30, UNIVAC 1004 and the EAT 3440 plotter make the current authorization of three totally inadequate. The absence of one operator puts this Divi sion behind in its ability to make daily workload requirements. The necessity to provide TDY personnel in support of OXCART fur- ther aggravates this already weak strength position. 4. The increase requested in paragraphs 2 and 3 above, are minimum current requirements and should be treated as such. LT.
