MEMORANDUM FOR: OSA Personnel Officer
SUBJECT: Vacancy of SIGINT Intelligence Officer Billet
in the OSA Intelligence Division
1. In view of the recent turn down by the Agency of
I I request that OSA Personnel. Office record my
requirem t for a SIGINT Intelligence Officer for this
division.
2. The position presently vacant is GS-12.
3. The specific requirements in selecting an individual
to fill this billet are as follows:
a. The subject should be knowledgeable of
electronic equipment used for communications and
ELINT systems in aircraft.
b. He should have some knowledge of the radar
order of battle functions.
c. He should be able to identify significant
results of ELINT collection systems used by the military.
d. He should be able to prepare written material
in a clear and comprehensive manner.
4. Request Personnel Office bring to the attention of
the Chief of the Intelligence Division anyone in the future
requesting assignment to CIA or reassignment within the
CIA with the above qualifications.
